The annual masquerade night brings the DIS student body to a sPoOkY Halloween on the night of October 25, 2019. Every class and sponsor sets up a booth and serve their very own specialty.
The theme for Masquerade Night this year was: rewind! Our class, St. Raymond decided to do the 80’s. After several meetings between our class officers and our Homeroom Teacher, we chose to sell fast food that was popular in the 80’s. Masquerade Night is all about teamwork and when your class doesn’t have an agreement on the night you might run into some problems, sometimes you just have to work together to have a great night.
It is a tradition for seniors to host a haunted house during Masquerade Night, as a way to say goodbye. I tried the one this year, and it’s definitely not as good as the one before. But taken their time into consideration, they did a pretty good job. And just for that, I’ll give them a ten out of ten.
