The G8s of school year 2019-2020 are finally graduating!! They’ll be going to High School soon. Let’s see what Aphi has to say about it 🙂

Reporter: Aphi, you’re graduating!! How do you feel?

I am overjoyed to know that I am able to graduate and move on to high school. My middle school life of suffering is finally over!! No more tests and homework!! Although some friends are leaving and I’m sad, but I wish them all the best in their new schools!!

Reporter: That’s nice to hear! What has been your best memory in Middle School?

My best memory in middle school is hanging out with my friends. I’ve made a lot of new friends compared to before, and I learned a lot of new things from them!! Especially when I was in G7, I always hung out with the anime gang, some are G9s now. It was fun talking and chatting to them about our favorite thing — anime!!

Reporter: Yes, you can learn a lot of things from your friends. Say, what are you most excited about in high school?

I am super excited to learn foreign languages, specifically Japanese, in high school!! Learning Japanese looks really fun. I’ve always loved Japan, and I would like to master their language. There are also a variety of classes and clubs to choose from!! I am also excited about the new students, as they will make the classes different.

Reporter: Learning a different language sure is fun! Ok, what will you miss the most about middle school?

I am not sure what I’m going to miss from middle school since they were all memorable. But it’s probably the fun times I had, because I heard from some upperclassman that high school is going to be really stressful— even a little quiz can affect your GPA. It sounds so scary.

Reporter: Indeed, high school is really stressful. Last question, what message would you like to give to DIS or the current middle school students?

My final message shall be that you guys can do it!! Trust in yourselves and you can do anything. Good luck to everyone who will be going to another school or high school, the next stage of your lives!!
