Jasper Chang

Jasper Chang is a senior currently studying at Dominican International School. Alongside Christina Chuang and Jason Shih, they make up the webmaster team for the D'TORCH Student Newsletter. He is also one of the Dominican International School Model United Nations (DISMUN) program's moderators and the Vice President of the Student Council (STUCO).
